General

CrowdFanatic is the first Direct Engagement Platform - A totally new genre of online services for groups to deliberately engage their rivals in order to win public debates, initiate direct dialogue with opponents and sway public opinion.

It is the place for Republicans to directly engage Democrats, for Bears fans to confront Packers fans and for iPhone supporters to initiate an online dialog with Android supporters.

At CrowdFanatic It’s all about you fighting for your group’s agenda to win the battle of public opinion and change the world. Winning your battles will build your status as a top supporter of your group and a top CrowdFanatic opinion leader.

Overview

Upon registering you will find yourself at the Groups page where we will present your relevant groups to support or oppose. Selecting a group (e.g. "Canada") will give you the option to become a supporter or opposer of the group and participate in the group's Engagements against other groups. An Arena

The Arena page presents all the Engagements between two specific groups (e.g. Democrats vs. Republicans, 50 Cent vs. Taylor swift, Apple vs. Microsofts...) in one place. The Arena Page also presents a scoreboard that indicates which one of the two groups is leading the battle for public opinion by counting the number of confrontations each side has won. Do all you can to shift the results to your side!

Arenas Page

http://beta.crowdfanatic.com/arenas/all/

The Arenas page presents you recommended arenas (see An Arena) for you to check out. The recommendations listed will be related to your groups - CrowdFanatic's hottest arenas and more.

Engagement page

http://beta.crowdfanatic.com/confronts/all/

The Engagement pages are the main battlegrounds on CrowdFanatic. In a engagement page rival groups engage each other directly, debate over relevant topics, Vote, Comment, recruit more supporters and send messages to other social media sites (Facebook, Twitter and more) in an attempt to shift the public opinion to their side.

CrowdFanatic records the results of each battle and publishes who is winning and who is losing each engagements - giving the world an indication of who (e.g.) is going to win American Idol, the next election or the Video games market...

Score Bar

(On Engagements Page) - How to Win a Engagement?

The score bar aggregates the results of these three parameters and in real-time presents the total result - who is winning and who is losing the engagement!

Votes - Calculates the number of voters on each side of the engagement. Help your side by Supporting or opposing the call on behalf of your group!

Pulses - Determines how many feeds from each side of the engagement have been Spread Out to other social media platforms. Impact the general discussion by spreading out your opinion to Facebook, Twitter and other social media platform.

Comments Votes - Thumb up comments you like and thumb down comments you don't like.

Balance of Power Diagram

(On Engagements Page)

The Balance of Power Diagram presents which groups support the engagements€™s call and which groups oppose it. The diagram gives us a clear understanding of who the coalitions are and the opposition forces set in any major public debate.

The position of a group in the diagram is determined by the majority of voters from that group. If more than 50% of voters from a specific group support a call the group will be presented on the supporters' side and vice versa. If the voters from a given group divide equally - the group will be presented on the two sides of the diagram.

The position of the group and side of the image at the matrix represent the amount of voters from this group.
