A murderer is being allowed to walk free and the courts, which are supposed to be a means for justice in society, failed miserably.

A person, no matter how venal or poorly thought of, is innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt. Is Casey Anthony guilty? Who can tell. Was she PROVEN guilty. No. What, you would rather have the court of public opinion decide these matters? That's what the dark ages were about. Grow up and deal with the consequences of a society that attempts to be just to all its citizens, not just the ones you happen to agree with.
