I have never gotten anything of value from a jackpot seed that I didn't get from a mystery seed. Why should I spend five times the amount for a JP seed? Screw them. They are a waste.
how is the pay out better on jack seeds, its 5pb's to get 1 jpseed and 1 pb to get a ?seed and u get ?seeds from ur friends posts so ya ? seeds all the way
Plant 50 mystery seeds and then plant 25 jackpot seeds, you'll get better stuff. Sure, you might get a bunch of pizza out of mystery seeds but you have much better odds at cheez, bacon and pie with jackpot seeds
mystery seeds and jack pot seeds are the same but it is easier to get mystery seeds and they are cheaper! although you're probably right, they do seem to pay out better!
too much cost for jackpot seed for such a low return and too few chances of getting pot buck producing plants for mystery seeds not worth buying but forced to by quest
you can buy one mystery seed for 1 pb and you might get lucky and get something thats actually worth something, or usually i get regular seeds that i could spend coins on instead of pb's. or you can go with the jackpot seeds and spend 5 pb's, and yes your chances of getting something thats worth pb's do go up with the jackpot seeds, but you still are likely to get something that you could spend coins on to get, albeit may be 2 or 3x any certain plant.
if you play the game long enough you will unlock multiples of most plants if not all plants. i did an experiment with mystery seeds, i spent 50 pb's on seeds and got 29 back, spent that 29 and got 34 back, spent that 34 and got 15 back, spent that 15 and got 9 back, spent that 9 and got 5 back, spent that 5 and got 6 back, spent that 6 and got 1 back, spent that 1 and bust.

so spend 1 pb on a mystery seed and have an ok chance of gettin you pb back. or spend 5 pb's and end up with 1 pizza flower or something and you still lose 4 pb's. if pot farm is going to make the jackpot seeds cost more then they need to make it an actuall jack pot. i wanna see 5x pizza flower or 6x candy hearts, anything more than 2x bacon tree is probably just wishful thinking, but 2x is way better than one when it comes to bacon.
if you do have similar results to what i would like to see happen then be thankful and try to hold on to that luck cus not every one has it. and while i have many grievances to the way pot farm is run, they did not ask me my opinion when they were in development so its not up to me and i will still play the game as long as i can.
Planted 65 Mystery seeds, 20 Jackpot seeds Sunday results as follows
65 Mystery seeds: I got, 3 Acapulco Gold, 3 Pizza, 1 Candy Bush, 1 Cookie Tree, and an assortment of other plants you can buy for coins.
20 Jackpot Seeds: I got 2 Acapulco Gold, 1 Pizza, 1 Donut Tree, 1 Pie Cabbage thing, and an assortment of seeds you can buy for coins.
So which is better? I say neither one. I will only be planting Mystery seeds from posts/quests and will only be planting Jackpot seeds from quests from now on.
I like mystery seeds better as they only cost 1 PB, and I have yet to get a bacon tree from quite a few Jackpot seeds that I have bought. If it was fixed so that jackpot seeds ALWAYS give you the higher end rare plants, I'd vote for it, but with the luck I've had, or haven't had, with jackpot seeds, mystery are better
